Executive Director’s Message


As I welcome you to Balwa, it is my pleasure to inform you that we are dedicated to transforming lives through education and empower the underprivileged community of Buwambo and its surroundings. Our holistic approach focuses on vocational training, health education, and sustainable projects designed to create self-reliance and economic stability for all community members. Balwa is a legally registered in Uganda in East Africa as a Community-Based Organization Reg.  No. MMC/CBO/1415/2.


The vision: To nurture a skilled, informed, healthy, self-reliant, economically and environmentally sustainable community.

Mission: To provide integrated services through; training in vocational skills, research, environmental stewardship, ICT, health innovation, gender equality, climate change, WASH, education, agriculture, and financial empowerment for sustainable livelihoods.

BCSC is located in Nansana Municipality, Wakiso District, Uganda. You can find us at Keziloni Place, Kinabuddu, Buwambo.
